The DQC series safety light curtains can be used in conjunction with the following optional accessories.
Mutual shooting distance: It is suggested that you inform us of the actual range to achieve a better detection effect.
Protection height: The distance between the highest light spot and the lowest light spot is the range of the area that can be sensed on the grating.
Working Principle
The working principle of the DQC series safety light curtain is based on through-beam photoelectric sensing technology, using infrared beams to create a virtual protective barrier. The specific process is as follows:
Beam Emission and Reception: The emitter emits modulated infrared beams, and the receiver detects light intensity.
Synchronization Mechanism: Optical synchronization to ensure alignment.
Detection of Interruption: Object interrupts beam, triggering alarm.
Signal Processing: MCU processes, OSSD outputs OFF to stop machine.
Recovery: Restart interlock for recovery.
Anti-Interference: Filters to filter interference.
