1. Advanced Dimensional Measurement and Inspection Equipment (Photoelectric Switches)
This category is used in steel sheet and tube fabrication, automotive assembly and consumer electronics manufacturing, and recognizes issues like dents, bumps or burrs at an early stage to ensure high product quality.

2. Rapid Product Counting & Speed Tracking
Common uses: Packaging facilities, distribution warehouses, and printing facilities.
Utilized in: Conveyor belts, filling machinery, and palletizing systems.
Functionality: Precisely tallies items swiftly and without touch, offering a durable alternative to traditional mechanical counters.

3. Material Position & Height Detection
Material Position & Height Detection is commonly used in applications such as automated warehouses and AGV systems. This technology is typically found on AGVs, stacker cranes, and docking systems.
Its main function is to measure the position and height of materials in order to avoid collisions and ensure precise placement.

4. Effective Identification on Dim or Low-Reflectance Surfaces
Common uses: Checking automotive paint, rubber, and black plastic production facilities.
Located at: Inspection stations within production lines.
Purpose: Guarantees consistent identification of dark materials through the use of background suppression technology.

5. Safety Measures for Mechanical and Punch Presses
These protective devices are commonly utilized in the automotive and metal processing industries, where they are integrated into mechanical and hydraulic presses.
Their primary function is to immediately halt the machinery when an operator ventures into a hazardous area, thereby preventing potential accidents.

6. Safety Solutions for Robotic Workstations and Automated Systems
Typical applications: Robotic welding and high-volume manufacturing environments.
Installed on: Industrial robots and workcells.
What it does: These systems establish a protective barrier, separating workers from the hazardous movements of robotic equipment.

What Is a Safety Light Curtain?
A safety light curtain is a contactless optoelectronic safeguarding device. An emitter projects a row of modulated infrared beams to a receiver, forming an invisible barrier across a hazard. When any beam is blocked, the curtain sends a stop signal to the machine in ≤15 ms — "break the light, stop the machine". It guards presses, robot cells and packaging lines without a physical fence.
Read the full guide →How Do Safety Light Curtains Work?
An emitter sends parallel 850–950 nm infrared beams; a receiver monitors each one continuously. A controller processes the signals and switches its dual OSSD outputs OFF the instant a beam is interrupted, commanding a PLC or safety relay to stop. A manual reset is required after the hazard clears, so the machine can't restart on its own.

What does DAIDISIKE manufacture?
DAIDISIKE manufactures industrial safety sensors: safety light curtains, safety LiDAR / laser scanners, inductive proximity switches, laser sensors, safety relay modules and press-machine peripherals (servo feeders, leveling and feeding machines).
Are DAIDISIKE products CE and ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. Products are CE-marked for the EU market and built under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Safety light curtains follow the IEC 61496-1/-2 Type 4 architecture, suitable for PL e / Cat. 4 safety functions when integrated with a certified safety relay or safety PLC.
Do you offer OEM / ODM customization?
Yes. DAIDISIKE is an OEM/ODM manufacturer — we offer private labeling, modified specifications (resolution, protective height, output type, housing) and fully custom builds to your drawing.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is low — you can order from a single unit for sampling, or in volume for production. There is no large minimum to get started.
What is the typical lead time?
Typically 3–15 days. Stock items ship within days; custom ODM builds are usually ready in about 15 days, depending on the series and order volume.
Which safety light curtain resolution do I need?
Pick by the smallest body part that can reach the hazard: 14 mm for finger protection, 20–30 mm for hand protection, 40 mm and above for arm/body or area guarding, and 80 mm+ (DQSA series) for vehicle and large-object detection. DQL/DQM series cover 2.5–5 mm measurement gratings.
Which countries does DAIDISIKE export to?
DAIDISIKE exports to 20+ countries across Asia, the EU, the Americas and Oceania, supplying OEMs, machine builders, integrators and procurement teams.
